Finish basement to include family room, art room, foyer, new bathroom and kitchenette. Work will be completed as shown on working drawings by CK Designs, Sheets A1 - A4 dated December 21, 2003. Specifications below are only to clarify information provided in drawings. In the event of a discrepancy, drawings supersede Davidson's written specification. All work will be done in a professional workmanlike manner and in compliance with OSHA regulation. All work will meet or exceed current Massachusetts Building Code. All techniques and practices will be at or above industry standard.
