Questions About Estimates &
Pricing |
| |
Is the estimate
free?
We will schedule an
appointment with you to meet at your location. At that time
we will gather all required information to give you an accurate
estimate and also discuss any other issues that may need attention
such as carpentry, roofing, rot replacement, etc.

We got a
much lower price from another construction company, why should
we go with you?
We are a sure thing. I can assure you
that we have looked at the project from every possible angle.
We are a professional, organized, well- funded remodeling company.
I can only say that other construction companies must have done
1 or more of 3 things:
a. they have
not undrestood everything they need to do,
b. they are unaware of what it costs to do the job or
c. they are hungry (and dangerous).
Unfortunately,
many remodelers don’t know what it costs to be in business
and to maintain a staff. At some point the ‘chickens will
come home to roost’ and they will have to either work
for nothing or go get a job.

| Questions About Service |
| |
How do I
know that you’ll be there if we have difficulties?
Our company policy on problems is "Run
to the problem, not from it." We are downright aggressive
when it comes to problem solving. We see the problem for what
it is, an opportunity to show you what we’re made of as a company
and an opportunity to learn how to serve you better in the future.

|
| |
What happens
down the road, after we’ve paid you and something needs to be
attended to?
As a company,
our priorities are as follows:
1. Serve those who have already
paid us (completed projects)
2. Serve those who are in the process of paying us (projects
that are in process)
3. Those who might pay us, (estimates, sales calls, etc.)
Our first priority is customer satisfaction,
so we are there to serve our customers at every stage of the
project from the estimate through its completion and beyond.
Attending to our customers needs after the project is complete
is as important to us as any other part of the project.

The other
guys say that they are going to get the job done sooner than
you do. Why does it seem that they can get the job done that
much faster?
They probably
are giving you the best-case scenario. Telling you what you
want to hear. If you talk to your friends about their remodeling
projects you will likely learn that rarely do these projects
finish on schedule. We strive to give you a realistic schedule
with a healthy margin for unexpected delays and changes. Make
no mistake about it, remodeling is an emotional time and it
is far better to finish ahead of schedule that it is to finish
behind schedule.

and also discuss any other other issues that may need attention
such as carpentry, roofing, rot replacement, etc.

YES! But you must use a solid body
stain. Although it is possible it is not recommended because
you will get better protection from a paint on a smooth surface.

all of the mildewcides and detergents we use are EPA approved.

your project until it is completed.

finish for your home.

Before the house is painted we will
apply color samples of all colors to be used for your approval.

|
| |

| General Questions |
| |
What
do the workers do when they need to use the toilet? Will they
be using our toilet?
No. We have a porta-toilet delivered
to all out projects. We know that having workers around
is intrusive, no matter how much you like us. Having
a facility available makes it more comfortable for us and
for you.

|
| |
Will the workers be using our phone?
No. All crew leaders
have a cell phone which they keep with them. We may
need to use your phone in the event of an emergency, but that
is a rarity.
